Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

 

Return Process

  2. Ship the Item
    Securely package the item and include proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  3. Inspection
    Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions. You will be notified of the result.

 

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or our error.

Exchanges
