Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Secure Delivery & Signature Requirement
Due to the high value of our jewelry, an adult signature (18+) is required upon delivery for all shipments. This added measure is in place to protect your order and ensure it reaches you securely.
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to sign during standard delivery hours.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment's progress online.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.
